The Girl Scouts are ramping up their 100th anniversary celebration (officially in March 2012) with a bunch of community projects. The girls were making worm composting boxes at Ekar Farms on Sunday, August 21, 2011. Girl Scouts throughout the state and country will participate in similar Forever Green environmental service projects during Girl Scouts’ 100th anniversary.
