Sustainable Restaurant Process Green Waste In Worm Farm

Worm Farming

Greenhouse endeavored to be as sustainable as possible. There was a roof garden where herbs and vegetables were grown, fresh milk was delivered in buckets straight from the farm, the garden was watered with a drip irrigation system, worm farms were used to process green waste, straw bales were used for insulation, chairs were made from road signs and the light shades were made from fencing wire.
